Test runs should be able to define a user-readable title/summary for the dashboard. A title would be used to communicate the reason for the test run, so adds some information above/beyond what the columns would tell you themselves: Ex. "Triggered Test Run on Nightly Builds (1/16/2011)" ...or... "Scratch Run to Test Bugfix, Please Ignore"

We could also use this to filter results. For example, if we want to get all results from a specific machine running endurance tests we could use the label 'endurance-daily' or similar and apply the filter.

I want a different tag facility for that, preferably one with a cloud or other helper on the dashboard. I don't want to get into the whole "we have to format our title/summaries exactly so" thing. This is meant to be human-readable, nothing more. Anyway, you'll likely find as we go that we'll want multiple labels and probably a rich query syntax on them. I'd suggest filing the tag/label request as a separate bug?
