The following functionality needs to be implemented for editor

context menu hookup(except tables)
resize hooks
mouseMove event hooks

This is a difficult "long term" task that Mike and I will be working on,
probably for the rest of the 5.0 timeframe.
Currently Mike has mouse event handling on his schedule for M10.  Should this bug
be reassigned or should it be added to your schedule?

I think it makes sense to use this "bug" to track Mike's tasked item.
I'm not sure if it's necessary to add some time to my schedule, but obviously
I'll be working with Mike on it.

btw, resize and context menus are not table specific (though resizing or bring up
context menus on objects within tables will likely need some special handling).
Maybe this should be separate bugs?
