You should be connecting through Zeus, not direct.
host tp-socorro01-rw-zeus, port 5432

This seems to have regressed. I am getting the error again:
FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "10.8.70.200", user "breakpad_metrics", database "breakpad", SSL off
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED

Ooops, looks like I broke this when I fixed the various Nagios connections to PostgreSQL. Should be fixed now, give it a try.
