Based on bug 571172 comment 6 and 7, the ANGLE license needs to be added to about:license.

The license appears to be at https://code.google.com/p/angleproject/source/browse/trunk/LICENSE (and now also at https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/8d003a6c5cb8/gfx/angle/LICENSE )

Not sure there's an easy way for me to create the patch, but thought I'd at least file the bug.
