Ok, this just ports it...

The interesting bit is that right now the data we would gather from this change is not exposed anywhere public, even Mossop (author of the Firefox patch) doesn't have access. I'm talking with the service owner to see if its possible for us to get access, but even without access at present I do feel the change is worthwhile, we can gather data in advance of this being utilizable.

Asa note, yes, we know we don't have access to a lot of the metrics data, and that's unfortunate, but currently not resolvable due to not having human resources to get a public interfaces to the allowed data done.

And fligtar tells me that the metrics this gives us are not currently accessible outside of a vpn; so the best he can do is periodically send along screenshots.

I decided I'd still like this in, as once this data is accessible we have the historic data we can utilize anyway.
