Upon invoking the preview of an article, we have the buttons Preview/Submit/Cancel in the middle of the page. So we have to scroll up the page to submit or cancel a revision.

I think they should be located at the end of the page, ot at least we should have another series of buttons at the end.

Maybe not an significant change, but I think the system could be more usable.

I like this. One set of buttons above the preview, one set below should be fine, unless anyone objects.

Verified- it does seem a little strange to have a Preview button on a preview, which does nothing- but I understand why you'd want buttons on the bottom.
