Open any Bugzilla page.
Scroll down to the attachments section.
Scroll up and down at the default zoom level.

The thin lines that make up the outline of Attachments section appear and disappear.

This is still reproducible in a current Maple build.

We've had this bug on all the XUL versions so far, not blocking the Native initial release.
