We are leaving the patch in place for beta 4, but we need to remove the Ts regression ASAP

Not sure why there is a Ts issue here. Tested on the N900 and I can't find a slowdown or code that could be hurting startup.
We have offset the regression here. We have not found a reason for the original regression
