Throttle value for 4.0b10 changes from default of "100.00%" to "10.00%", just by clicking "Generate"

STR:
1. Load http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/products/Firefox
2. Select "Crashes per User" from the dropdown (http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/daily?p=Firefox&v[]=)
3. Note the defaults for 4.0b10 under "Select a Report," "Crashes per ADU per Version" (throttle "100.00%") and below, under "Crashes per ADU" for the "Ratio" field (between ~ 2-5%)
4. Now, click "Generate" and note the "throttle" value for 4.0b10
Expected Results:
It should remain @ "100.00%"
Actual Results:
The throttle value for 4.0b10 drops down to "10.00%", and skews the "Ratio" field's value to ~ 60-87%

Stephen, this was fixed in Bug 628424. You will be able to verify this on stage.
