So, the problem here seems to be that some kinds of text is not getting sub-pixel rendering.  For example, text in a body element with lang="tr", or text generated by <li> elements inside an <ol> element.

I had disabled the wrong test.  This patch rights that wrong.

Those tests _are_ failing on Win7 reftests.  I think you might have been confused by the bugzilla OS flag here.

Previous NVIDIA drivers: 195.62 (Date 11/20/2009)
Latest NVIDIA drivers: 260.99 (Date 10/16/2010)

I backed out this patch partially as some of those reftest failures have been fixed now: <http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f0a5657c643c>
