Spun from bug 579846. Now that bug 579846 has been WONTFIXed, the code in nsContentSink that tries to write HTTP headers back to Necko most often doesn't do anything but is racy and might do sometimes something. The code should be removed in order to remove the race. See attachment 473506 [details] [diff] [review].
