Bookmarks Menu subfolder is misplaced when scrolling multiple folders.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Press Ctrl+Shift+B
2.Restore Bookmarks using the attached .json file
3.Close Library
4.Go to Bookmarks menu
5.Move the mouse over the bottom Bookmark Folder
6.Move the mouse over the bottom scroll button

Actual Results:
6.The Subfolder remains there

Expected Results:
6.The Subfolder moves alongside the Folder in which he is located

Is this still reproduceable in the Release Candidate?
I think this is just bug 632379.
This is still reproducible in the Release Candidate. 
It's not the same as bug 632379 , as its patch didn't fix this.
