Using 1.5.2pre, I had accidentally had been calling a directory without any test files for a test run, and the error tossed to console was: "WARNING | endRunner was never called. There must have been a failure in the framework.
Can we be a little more diligent and output a better message?
To reproduce, setup 1.5.2pre and create an empty test-folder and simply call it with -t.

Actually, it's a DUPE of that work. We can't throw a more meaningful exception unless we do that refactoring.
