Conflicting Access keys in Contents Tab of Preferences window.

As per mail with the subject "L10n Mozmill Results for all Firefox 4.0 beta 10 locales", it was found Access Key conflict at "Contents" tab in the "Preferences" window of Firefox 4 beta. The screenshot of the same has been attached.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run firefox in kn locale
2.Open "Preferences" window and open "Contents" tab
Actual Results:
Access keys are conflicting
Expected Results:
The Access keys has to corrected.

Reopening this bug as I found two more conflicting access keys in kn/browser/chrome/browser/preferences/privacy.dtd. The screenshot of the same has been attached below.

With the help of Ankit's script a bunch of Access Key Conflicts were detected for kn. The diff is attached below.

Corrected those conflicting access keys and pushed the changes to hg.
