I can reproduce this crash on http://english.aljazeera.net/, when I click Play on the left (main video) and then also play the Live Stream's video -- it eventually crashes with this stack. Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b11pre) Gecko/20110131 Firefox/4.0b11pre
Stephen: Which version of flash are you using? I cannot reproduce yet on one of my Mac machines using 10.1.102.64. And on my 10.6 machine using Version: 10.2.152.14 I am unable to reproduce as well.

Version: 10.1.102.64
Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102
I was able to reproduce this using Version: 10.2.152.14. I just wasn't waiting long enough for the crash to happen.
I talked to Adobe about this, we believe this is a bug in Apple's hardware accelerated decoding framework. It has been escalated with Apple and the fix is likely to come in the form of an OS update.
It wasn't a bug in Apple's hardware accelerated decoding framework. Flash 10.2 final is live and this appears to be fixed.

I think you're mistaken -- which version did you test with?

    Version: 10.2.152.26
    Shockwave Flash 10.2 r152

Looked into this further, there may also be issues with Apple's acceleration framework. May be fixed in the latest OS update seed from Apple.
Crash Signature: [@ VP3VideoDecoder_DecodeFrameCompleteCallback ]
There have been no crashes on Mac OS X 10.6.7 and above over the last four weeks.
I close it as WFM.
