Using FF4 beta 10 I set the the autoadmin.global_config_url to load custom settings from the server on startup but have verified using fiddler proxy that this is not happening.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in about:config add autoadmin.global_config_url
2. restart browser

Actual Results:  
Config settings are not set and .cfg file was not retrieve from server

Expected Results:  
custom config.cfg properties should have been set
