To liberate the notifications API for other Django sites, we'd need to have an easy to follow documentation, including some example. Post-2.5, most likely.

Landed in https://github.com/erikrose/django-tidings/commit/dac9f253359b3ad5dfee3f907ed424997abb5d4a and evolved a bit since then. Not really necessary to QA, but if you wanted to read http://packages.python.org/django-tidings/, you could. :-)
