Works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b10) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b10. You might have disabled or removed the Feedback extension. Please check it in Add-ons Manager (Tool->Add-ons->Extensions).

I see now, the add on must of removed it's self because I never removed it. I went to re-install and now everything is fine. I don't know why it did that, it removed itself from both my laptop and desktop.
