Very intermittentently (<= 1/10 times), clicking on changing the state to RESOLVED does not give the resolved as box. (that is, what you want to resolve it as). This is using Minefield (nightly) FWIW. I've only noticed it for the past couple of months, maybe less. Of course, in this case I can't resolve the bug at all until I refresh the page. Then it works fine. So maybe a JS race condition? </guess:blind>
I'd love to give more steps, but as said, it only occassionally happens

I talked to jhammel and dkl about this on IRC, and they both experience this, but they are both using Minefield. So it could very possibly be a Minefield issue (or some YUI incompatibility with Minefield).
I've asked jhammel to tell me what shows up in the JS console the next time this happens.

I'm pretty sure this is the same issue as bug 607675. Reopen if it's not.
