(Whiteboard: [possible Q2-11 goal][unittests][graphserver][possible joint work with web team])
In bug 629509 we decided not to rename the builders from 10.6.2 to 10.6.6 since it would produce a discontinuity of the 10.6.2 posts.
I would like to rename these two builders (and maybe other platforms) to loose the subversion.
We have to figure out what consequences this would have and if people would be fine with it.
We would also like to move port the graphs data forward to the sub-version-less format. This way we won't loose data.
This bug also is in preparation for the upcoming new test pool in the following quarters. New sub-versions would not affect us anymore since we would have dropped it from the graph posts.
We have to figure what web work is needed and coordinate.
I say we do it after FF4 so we don't get people distracted.

I always was weary that the subversion might cause trouble there and avoided it for the SeaMonkey machines - good to see we'll come to be consistent through this. :)

I don't think there is value after all.
We hope to have a new testing pool in the next two quarters and no one has complained.
For the next pool we will drop the subversion and be consistent everywhere.
