m-c revision and l10n changesets to be added at signoff. I'm enabling xulrunner releases here - there's one issue I found in staging with uploading the mac builds (bug 634809).

Attachment: Temporarily disable locales for bouncer_submitter

Bug 636087 prevents bouncer_submitter from working properly. If you don't want to add new entries manually, this patch can be used to add locale independent product entries. Don't forget to reconfig.
