632514 - Add note about 3rd party content not covered by CC licenses to submission form

We need to add some language to make sure demo authors include details about any 3rd party content used in their demos that cannot be covered by a CC license.

Legal recommended we add a note in small text below the "Describe your demo in more detail (optional)" form field title in the "Describe Your Demo" section of the submission form.

I propose we add:

"Please note any 3rd party content that can't be licensed under the CC-BY-SA license and include links to the authors' websites."

Liz:  Can you confirm if that language will work?

Liz:  Can you please let us know if the language and location works as implemented?  See https://developer-stage9.mozilla.org/en-US/demos/submit and scroll down to the section where there is a "Preparing your demo" block... we added the 3rd party note there.  If you think it needs to be closer to the details form field, let us know.  Thanks!

The location is OK if you think people will read that section. Since it's off to the side, I'd change the wording a little to:

"Please identify in the demo details box any 3rd party content that can't be licensed under the CC-BY-SA license and include links to the authors' websites."

I also noticed a typo in that section on the right. It says "Your demo should be build..." It should be ""built."

Yeah, the designer put it there since that is where the code uploads and license picking happens... so I think the location will work fine.  We will get the copy updated and fix the typo...thanks for pointing that out.

Les:  Can you do the honors?  I can then test and mark this v.fixed.  Thanks!

Les:  Did you forget to update the last bullet in the sidebar block to say:

"Please identify in the demo details box any 3rd party content that can't be
licensed under the CC-BY-SA license and include links to the authors'
websites." ?

I don't see it on stage9 and the github patch only showed the typo fix.
