While we can most likely save a total redesign of the bookmarks manager for Firefox 7 at the rate we're going, it'd still be good to at least update it somehow to fit with the new theme. I don't quite know the roadmap for those new "in-browser" dialog boxes (like the new add-ons manager) in relation to 4.0, but it would be good to at least do something with it. 

I, would personally recommend just swapping out the back/forward buttons for the new ones from the default theme, and making the background of the toolbar more like the one in the main window (kinda like the Windows 7 explorer equivalent.)
