Steps to reproduce:
0. Log out if your already logged into the site.
1  Click on the "SIGN UP" link in the navigation menu this will take you to the "Create a New Account" page.
2. On the "Create a New Account" page type in the "Display Name" (for instance) and then correctly enter the captcha into the text field provided and then finally click on the "Create Account" button. You will then be returned to the "Create a New Account" page to fill out the missing fields but you will have to validate yourself again as human with the captcha

Expected Results:
You should only need to validate yourself as human with the captcha once.


Actual Results:
You need to validate yourself as human  with the captcha as many times as you submit the "Create a New Account" form with errors.

Proposed solution:
Validate yourself as human with the captcha once only.
