hopefully we'll have time to submit a patch that does the right thing i.e. properly productizes the strings, if not, we can hardcode them for Thunderbird. I know nothing about Django and Kitsune KB and how it's implemented so I have no idea what possible or what best practices are.

This is fixed, essentially, there are still issues with certain languages but this bug is too general to encapsulate that stuff.
