Description

[Roland Tanglao needinfo please :rolandtanglao, :mohnkuchen, :adobo, :sinigang, :roland]

we'll copy the general ideas  from Firefox the Firefox Kitsune KB page but we need to do lots of work to make it Thunderbird specific (e.g. perhaps some Get Satisfaction widgets)
