repaint does not occur when dismissing the VKB (swype)

1) load and use swype
2) goto web page : http://www.echoecho.com/htmlforms06.htm
3) close the hardware keyboard
4) place device in landscape
5) go to the field that is in the example table (should be the first text field)
6) type "test" and dismiss the VKB by hitting return or next
Expected: repaint
Actual : no repaint
