Opening a new window generates an error console with the following text:
  Detected an extension or script which conflicts with FireGestures
  chrome://firegestures/content/browser.js               Line: 21

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox 3.6.13
2. Install FireGestures 1.6.1
3. Open a window (either startup or open new window via Control-N or via right-click tab & select "open in a new window"
Actual Results:  
I get the error specified in the details I entered above.

Expected Results:  
No error console

Given the error url (chrome://firegestures/content/browser.js) it is a problem with FireGestures and not Firefox. Also I can't reproduce on my box. It seems you have installed an user script which conflicts. You should try to reproduce with a fresh profile and send a report to the extension author.
