Load http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d81e4343e/article/redskins-among-many-pursuing-rogers-dl-in-no-rush?module=HP_headlines . Most of the time I see comments showing up incorrectly at the top of the page.
Bisected this to rev 76f51caf3a16 on m-c, which is a tracemonkey merge from 2010-12-15.

Ok, just tried the URL against http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/tinderbox-builds/tracemonkey-win32/1297463288/ (= http://hg.mozilla.org/tracemonkey/rev/bf89669b34cb) and indeed this Issue is fixed.
