Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the Netscape 6 12-19 Mtrunk build. 2. Tasks > Composer. 3. Inside Composer, File > Save as Charset. Result: The dialog box of "Save as Charset" has been cut-off, you can't see the whole Dialog, and the scroll bar doesn't has the bottom part too. This happens with WinME, Mac and Linux.
