Just as optimized builds are. Need to run 'make upload' at least.
What's the purpose of this, when nightly builds already have symbols included? I know we're going to do it eventually, but I don't see a reason to do it now.

I'm not asking this to be done "right away", though I would expect this to be rather trivial to do as it's already done for opt builds, hence I'm not sure why postpone it.

We've got lots of things on at the moment, so I want to make sure we're focussing in the right areas. Debug builds will possibly be coming on try server soon, so that should help.
