Reopening as it doesn't appear to be working! Steps to reproduce: 1. subscribe to an article e.g.: http://stage-kitsune.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/configuration-options-folders by clicking on: "Get emailed when this article changes" 2. another user edits the article and then reviews and approves the changes Expected result: Modification email Actual result: no email (tested by :rolandtanglao and :sancus)

We'll stick with cron for now.
