Steps to Reproduce --------------------------------------- 1. Open the bookmarks library 2. Drag and drop a bookmark folder to switch places with the folder above it What should have happened: --------------------------------------- The folders should change places What actually happened: ---------------------------------------- randomly, the folders will not change places, instead a separator line will appear and the folders will remain where they were. For me this happens about 15-20% of the time.
