I'm using the cgi:irc to connect some irc channels.
with firefox 3.6 all is ok.
with firefox 4 , if I write some text in the channel, then change the focus on another firefox's tab, and I turn back to the irc channel, I'll can not retrieve the text previously written with the keyboard arrows. If I stay on the channel (not using another browser tab) the retrieve function well.
Reproducible: Always

I can confirm this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110216 Firefox/4.0b12pre SeaMonkey/2.1b3pre while it works in FF3.6.13
I have really no idea in which component this belongs :-(

The regression range for this looks like http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=8e0fce7d5b49&tochange=79d0beec27b5
There are some focus changes there, as well as various other stuff...
A minimalish testcase would be really useful.
