Since we move macosx opt builds to macosx64, new branches don't create a $branchName-macosx dir but that means the macosx-leak-build looks for log files in macosx-build and can't find them. Instead of having to create a dummy macosx-build dir for future new braches, alter the log uploading so the opt dir isn't needed for debug builds.
This was fixed by bug 658313.
