As I was working on another bug I noticed that there was a typo in the broadcaster / observer for addressbook's throbber. Its id is broadcaster-throbber in one and broadcaster_throbber in the other.

Fix Typo
It's not as if we use either id anywhere else anyway, maybe we should just remove the broadcaster?
