Details
The data model allows for a description attribute to test cycles. We should offer a way for administrators to add and edit descriptions of test cycles. As a ride-along, testers should also be able to see the context of the test cycles via a tooltip as they hover over each within the chooser page under "Run Tests".

The hovering description isn't there, at the moment. Opened bug 646677 for that.
