Recently, there was another change to how the tab view (Panorama) UI is launched. The menu item no longer exists; nor does the Tab View button in the tab bar. It now exists as a top-level line item under the tab-list button (down arrow) on the far right of the tab-bar.
We need to update the API to reflect this change.
Here is an initial patch. The only problem I am seeing with it is that the All Tabs menu remains open.
