When tearing off a tab in full-screen mode, the tab of the newly created window is in titlebar.
The tab should be below the titlebar because the window is normal mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile
2. Open more than two tabs
3. Enter Full screen mode (F11)
4. Detach a tab

Actual Results:
 The tab of the newly created window is in titlebar.

Expected Results:
 The tab should be below the titlebar because the window is normal mode.
