- Add hover:active styling of bookmark icons wth of svg filter
- Generalize some style rules so the right styles applies if you happen to (for example) drop the forward-button on the personal toolbar
- Fix drag and drop styles (add new icon)

I cleaned up linkToolbar.css a bit, hope you don't mind. The drag & drop styles in bookbarksToolbar are ripped from browser.css, except for the drag icon which I made myself.
