STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a page, say this one.
2. Open your sidebar and go to the What's Related tab.
3. Click on a Related Link, like the Mozillazine link.
4. Observe.
5. Resize your window.
6. Observe.
ACTUAL RESULTS
4: Location bar changes, content area does not.
5: Content area is not repainted, leaving lots of gunk.
This is a smoketest blocker (step B.15).

Already filed, not a smoketest blocker since there is a known workaround.
