For bug 615675 I need the test plugins to be copied into the appropriate binary directory to allow the MozMill packaged tests to pass.
The attached patch should fix it. I'm planning on putting this on try before production as I'll need to push my code patch to try server as well to be able to test it.

Landed locally on both try and try-unittest and seems to be working fine.
