In Preferences, Mail and Newsgroups, Message Display, selecting a different
color than the default for quoted text has no effect.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Edit, Preferences, Mail and Newsgroups, Message Display
2. Select another color under displaying plain text quoted messages
3.

Actual Results:  Default color remained, change didn't "stick"

Expected Results:  It shpould have changed the color of quoted text

Marking as dup of newer bug which has more detailed steps to reproduce, more 
CCs, and more dups. (Though admittedly I was the one who marked the dups, I 
should have seen this bug earlier, sorry.)
