637860 - Add reftest-ipc and crashtest-ipc to TBPL display (as "RIPC" and "CIPC"?)

When bug 623613 lands, we'll have crashtests for out-of-process content on all trees.  (Initially only on fedora opt builds, but eventually on all platforms.  I don't think this matters to TBPL.)  We need to get this into the tbpl display.

I'll propose "CIPC" as the display label, but don't care overmuch.

Bug 637858 should happen soon, so it would be most efficient to teach TBPL about both reftest-ipc and crashtest-ipc in one shot.

Again, proposing RIPC, but don't really care.

I sort of prefer it when the builds already exist on some tbplable tree, where you can see whether you're getting it right or not, but this probably works.

My vague memory of back when R2D/R3D/RGL existed is that they were a little shouty, so I went with lowercase ipc to tone it down a little (and did a little rearranging to make it easier to kill those three when we decide they really won't ever be back).

Give those the same ordering, plain before ipc, like with crashtest.

And yes, what about the hardware accelerated reftests?
