We should not wait with this sprint until March 11th. We talked about finishing up with all necessary refactoring work by end of this week.

Didn't happen, mostly because of the release schedule conspiring against us. But to be clear, that's the sprint ends 3/11. As we discussed, let's try to merge stuff as we finish rather than waiting until end of sprint.

I am closing the sprint 3 bug out. Based on concerns from you and Matt, as well misgivings of my own about this process, I don't think we should do sprint bugs anymore (though I still want to track them in wiki.)

I'm going to send you an email offline explaining how I propose doing this going forward. I think the new plan will cause less Bugzilla noise and better represent our project needs.
