Please turn off the 3.6.14 automatic updates but leave on the manual updates / snippets. We want people to be able to get 3.6.14 via "Check for updates" but want to turn off automatic updates.

This catches all 3.6 releases, including earlier 3.6.14 builds. 3.5.17 -> 3.6.14 is already throttled.
