Running a Java applet more than once fails on all subsequent attempts.  This problem did not exist in Fx 3.6.13.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Load http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp
2) Result: Java installation is correctly identified.
3) Close the tab.
4) Open a new tab and enter
http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp again.

Actual Results:  
The space for the test applet stays black.  The problem continues
even after refreshing the page with F5.
Error message in Java console is:
exception: Permission denied: null.

The test applet successfully runs again.

1) I found this reported in the mozilla.support.firefox newsgroup:

Reporter said that the same problem occurs using Java 6 Update 23.

2) about:plugins shows that besides the Mozilla Default Plug-in, the only plugins enabled are:

I have had this problem too and also confirmed it with a colleague who has just updated to 3.6.14
