one click should select text in URL area, as in IE and N4

Details
In IE 4 and 5, Netscape 3 and 4, and in Opera, one click in the URL (location)
area selects all of the text; the next single click sets the cursor blinking.
Therefore that behavior is the common convention (you might even say the
standard) with which most users are familiar. But Mozilla does not follow this
standard; instead, you have to double-click to select all the text, and
oftentimes that doesn't work (see my next bug), so it's then required to drag to
select all the text. This is unwieldy; please implement the common convention. I
realize this will probably necessitate the URL bar being an exception to the
common select procedure in a textbox, but it is worth it.
