Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Gmail
2. Kill all plugin-container.exe processes
3. See the yellow notification bar appearing in the Gmail tab
4. Click the "Learn More" link
Actual Results:
A new browser window with too little vertical space to house the new taller tabs.
Expected Results:
A new browser window with normal vertical space for the tabs.
If I restore the window from its maximized mode and the maximize it again, the space for the tabs is correct.
