shutdown hang after closing drafts with 3pane already closed

build is a little old - 20110213

1. Xed out of 3pane - no other windows left open except two drafts
2. save open draft A with ctrl+S, close draft
3. save open draft B with ctrl+S, close draft

purely guessing that it's imap - I don't really know.
did not attempt to reproduce

Mitra, Nikolay, can you reproduce this with STR comment 0?

Yes - I can repeat it - BUT I get a lot of shutdown hangs (around 50% of attempts to quit) - so it might not be directly linked to this bug. 

I'm not sure what "STR" means, I'm running 5.0b2pre, have NOT been updating to recent nightlies as waiting for Junquila and ShowInOut extensions to be updated (really wish that both these were integrated into main app)

"STR" = Steps to Reproduce, i.e. comment 0
